To showcase the demand for advanced technologies for the
boomer market, the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)® today
announced the first annual Silvers Summit Exhibition and
Conference to be held at the 2009 International CES®. Produced by
CEA, the 2009 International CES, the world’s largest tradeshow for consumer
technology, is scheduled January 8-11, 2009, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Silvers Summit one-day conference will take place on January 10, 2009,
with support from partners including AARP, Microsoft, Clarity, the Center for
Aging Services and Technologies (CAST) and Continua Healthcare. The full-day
conference will feature insight from developers, policymakers, service
industries and the media – all focused on the boomer market segment and how to
