We've recently had the great fortune to be supported by the folks at Sorenson Media with their awesome video production product called Sorenson Squeeze.

Within a very short time (a few minutes), we were able to install the software and perform the video formatting / conversion tasks that we needed. Before: all we had was a rather bulky, slow to download, and difficult to watch video clip. After: now we can supply much lighter-weight video clips in a variety of formats to meet all our users' needs. Sorenson Squeeze brought us exactly what we wanted, simply. We look forward to using this software again!
